During Global Diversity Awareness Month, find ways to celebrate diversity in your community. Here are some ideas:Assign days of the week for different ethnicity’s and gender celebrations or recognition.
Partner with your local Chamber of Commerce to host a “Celebrating Diversity Awards Luncheon” and recognize leaders in your community who represent specific group.
Go for inclusion, bringing these cultures together.
Organize and host a fashion show with fashions from different cultures and instruct the emcee to share a brief history of each of the cultures.
