What does this have to do with marketing? Well, if you are a relationship coach, own a restaurant or author of a book on romance, why not have a party and invite single friends to meet other single friends. Or host a speed dating event at your place of business. Or be a sponsor of one already taking place. A local grocery store in my community used to have Singles Sundays complete with specials, cooking demonstrations, and give-away tickets to local events. The local radio stations caught on and ran PSA’s about the event each week. It was featured on local TV and in the local papers.GREAT PR!
